• The base construction comes pre-assembled.

• The sides and rear gate come pre-assembled.

• The headboard tube is polished in a matt finish. It is pre-drilled to be flexible for different heights mounting.

• All hinges contain a plastic bush to prevent rattle noise.

• The side gates and rear gate have one hinge 20mm longer to provide better lead in onto the base of the tray.

• The long hinges contain a R-clip to prevent the gates ability to slip of the tray base.

• The cab protector is made of alloy and powder coated to match the alloy appearance.

• The headboard tube contains two vertical pins (distance is 1232, 16mm diameter) for overhead load transport.
